To minimise costs, we do not charge call-out fees or increase our prices on weekends. We also work in 15-minute increments after our initial 1 hour minimum charge, so you’re only paying for the time required to complete the job.
What is an EICR and who needs it?
An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) assesses the electrical installation within your property. Designed to identify any electrical damage or hazards, it’s a legal requirement for landlords to have an EICR completed every 5 years or after a change of occupancy to ensure your electrics are compliant with the current version of BS7671.
What is PAT testing and who needs it?
PAT stands for Portable Appliance Testing, and it is used to test any electrical appliance that can be moved and connected or detached from an electrical source.
